Waimea Brewing Company offers distinctive brews and fun food treats at the gathering place under the palms on the grounds of Waimea Plantation Cottages. The Brewing Company offers traditional pub fare with a creative multi-ethnic "plantation" menu featuring items of tropical delicacies such as fresh fish and seafood,  with light hors d'oeuvre dishes to enjoy with your favorite beer or cocktail, and hearty entrees plus "sinful" desserts.

Try our handcrafted beers brewed onsite in copper clad and stainless steel tanks showcased behind out concrete bar tinted with west Kauai's authentic petroglyphs!  The Pub offers a variety of quality tee shirts for our guests to take back as a memory of their visit to this unique location on the west side and the foot of Waimea Canyon.

Special nights, the Pub offers live Hawaiian music, and/or a blue grass band to liven the spirits of our customers.
