The Managers House is our premier oceanfront home.
A stately banyan tree surrounded by spacious lawns and landscape accent the view of the ocean from this estate.

It is a two-story, 4000 square-foot, five-bedroom, four-bath furnished plantation home, complete with state of the art antiques that depict a peaceful plantation lifestyle. The House is ideal for family gatherings, picture perfect weddings, corporate retreat and events.

The first floor living space includes a spacious living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Parlor, Master Bedroom, Reading Room, Twin Bedroom, Walk-in Pantry Room and Oceanfront Lanai and three bathrooms.

The Master bedroom on the ground floor is well-suited for bridal preparations and includes air conditioning, a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and full-length mirror. The room has a private patio towards the ocean, and its interior and exterior settings are ideal for picture taking.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the second floor. The second bedroom offers beautiful views of the gardens and sea.

The Managers House is the Heart of Waimea Plantation Cottages and the perfect place to spend a vacation or celebration with family and friends here on Kauai.
